Late Shri Satpal Jindal

Founder, SVP Group

He saw an opportunity in real estate development and construction in the year 1995. Before this, in 1992, he was successfully operating cotton mills and ice factories in the Punjab region. He was a great visionary, and it was his vision that brought us to the level where SVP Group today stands tall in the league of the finest developers of the NCR region. The group also owned businesses across other verticals such as malt processing, paper production, financing and jewellery retail.

Mr. Vijay Kumar Jindal

In charge of Acquisition & Finance

Vijay Kumar Jindal, Founder Director of SVP Group, graduated in Commerce from Punjab University. He came to Ghaziabad in 1984 and started his business in cotton and paper manufacturing. After eight years of experience he entered the construction business with Pelican (banquet and hotels) in Vikas Puri, Delhi. In 1996 he moved to real estate, and established SVP Group in 2000. He is a mentor as well as an angel investor at SVP Group, and gives valuable guidance to the team in taking business decisions.

Mr. Pawan Kumar Jindal

In charge of Future Development

SVP Group is well known in the field of hospitality, and the whole credit goes to Mr. Pawan Kumar Jindal. His out-of-the-box thinking and broader approach made this dream come true. Hotel Pelican in West Delhi was the group’s first hospitality project, in 1992; taking this forward, in 1995 SVP Group came up with its second project, Swiss Hotel in Ghaziabad, with three large banquets with a capacity of up to 2,000 people and 40 luxury rooms.

Sunil Jindal, with a Masters in Finance from Pune University in 2001, has contributed towards education by setting up an engineering college, Vishveshwarya Institute of Engineering & Technology (VIET) at Greater Noida. He became a board member of VIET and is involved in carving the strategic direction of the college. In 2004 he became the CEO of the company. His responsibilities include building sales strategies, market awareness, lead generation and creating technology alliances.
